Performance testing is the most important step in our quality control process. The basic operation is to proofread according to the data being written on the computer. If a bad label is found, it will be torn off and a new label will be added until all the labels are 100% QC passed.

The flip-chip workshop is our first process workshop. Here, we make the finished product dry inlay through the three processes: bonding the antenna and the chip, hot pressing and testing. Dry inlay doesn't have glue, but it can also be sold directly. Up to February, 2023, we have a total of 16 flip chip machines.
