Flip Chip
The flip-chip workshop is our first process workshop. Here, we make the finished product dry inlay through the three processes: bonding the antenna and the chip, hot pressing and testing. Dry inlay doesn't have glue, but it can also be sold directly.
Compound
The compound workshop is our second process workshop. We customize wet Inlay and white label for customers through a series of complicated processes. These labels are sticky.
Die Cutting
The die cutting workshop is our third process workshop. Here, our main job is to use a high-speed die-cutting machine to cut the label into the shape and size that the customer wants.
Slitting
In the third process workshop, die cutting workshop, we have a slitting machine. Its function is to divide multiple rows of labels into single row.
Tag Printing
This large green machine is called Zhongming Printing Machine, which is used to print patterns for customized labels. No need to write data in advance.
